Welcome to Nature’s Wonder. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, in-store services, online communications, loyalty programs, and any purchases made at any of our state-licensed cannabis dispensary locations in Arizona.

By accessing our website, entering our dispensary, or purchasing any products from us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Arizona state laws and cannabis regulations.

1. ⚖️ Legal Compliance

Nature’s Wonder Dispensary operates in accordance with the Arizona Smart and Safe Act (Prop 207) for recreational use and the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (AMMA) for medical patients. You must meet the following conditions to access our services:

• Be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID (recreational use), or
• Be 18 years or older with a valid Arizona medical marijuana card (medical use)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify age or medical eligibility.

2. 🚫 Restricted Use

You may not use our services or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Reselling cannabis products
• Attempting to purchase on behalf of a minor
• Misrepresenting your age, identity, or patient status
• Using bots, scrapers, or other automated systems to access or misuse our site

Violation of these terms may result in denial of service and notification to the appropriate authorities.

3. 🛍️ Product Availability & Sales

All cannabis products are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse sales, and verify eligibility before completing any transaction.

All sales are final in accordance with Arizona cannabis laws. Due to regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Participation in any Nature’s Wonder loyalty or rewards program is optional and subject to change or termination without notice. Points, discounts, or offers have no cash value and may be revoked if abuse or manipulation is detected.

Some promotions may be limited to specific customer types (e.g., medical-only) or available only at participating locations.

We aim to keep product info and pricing accurate and up to date but make no guarantee that all data is error-free. Nature’s Wonder is not liable for typographical errors or outdated content.

7. 📦 Online Ordering & Pick-Up

Orders placed through our website or third-party platforms are pending until confirmed by staff. Orders may be canceled or modified due to availability, compliance checks, or store policies.

Customers are responsible for timely pickup. Failure to pick up within the designated time may result in order cancellation.

By using our services, you agree that Nature’s Wonder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of cannabis products, delays in service, website errors, or regulatory issues beyond our control.
